I'm having the same issue and can't get any data to import. Depending on where I tell Sleepyhead to look for data I either get an error that no data was imported or no error, but still no data being imported. A little off the original topic, but I'm new to CPAP and am having quite a lot of cramping and abdominal air when I wake up. Is this normal and is there a way to reduce it? Thanks.

I have a much milder case than it sounds like you do, but I do have both as well. Does anyone know how to disable the on/off sounds on the Respironics BiPAP autoSV Advanced—System One? I'm recently diagnosed and 4 nights into therapy. Still getting used to it all but it seems to be getting easier. The on/off sounds are pretty loud when others are asleep. Thanks!
