AHI is about 1.5, no problem there. Equipment S9, pillows mask. Start sleeping on Right but find myself on my back ...

Re: CMS-50D Plus
A sock! Maybe I should try that, as last night, my first proper night with this oximeter, I woke with a sharp burning sensation on the top of the finger where the LEDs are. Any others have this discomfort???? I had the same thing with the professional oximeter during the initial tests a year ago. By...

Re: Headache in one sinus from CPAP?
Before CPAP I got a lot of sinus infections but once I got the humidity to my satisfaction, I've not had a sinus problem at all. Have you downloaded Sleepyhead. Its a free software which will read your S9 card and you wont have to rely on...

Re: How did you know something was wrong?
Morning headaches for years and no-one figured out what the problem was. I would wake about 3 days a week at 3 or 4am with awful headaches and there was no way I could sleep. Having had sinus problems and migraines previously 'diagnosed' it was explained away as that by the doctor. I refused to take...

Re: Oxygen Deprivation - Who knew?
I'm a new visitor here. I am a 66 year old man, 160 pound and 5' 10" and never suspected sleep apnea. I have no other health issues and take no medication. Don't drink or smoke, what a bore. (Love red wine, but even a small amount seems to make headaches worse, what a drag.) I had none of the famili...
