I appreciate your input! Much obliged! The "They" is a HMO by the way. ... and they tell me my old machine is still up to snuff. Be sure to mention to whoever "they" are that your machine has 19000 hours on it. I believe the life expectancy is closer to 15000 hours. You are overdue for a new machine...
