They might be able to provide personalized advice and strategies to address your specific concerns and improve your CPAP experience. I found https://valeoclinic.ca/ to be really helpful in addressing my s...

Re: Back pain due to pressure being too high?
I've experienced something similar with pressure adjustments on my machine. It's possible that the increase to level 9 might be too high for you, especially if it's causing discomfort only at night. Adjusting the pressure back down or consulting a physiotherapist in Vancouver could help determine if...

Does Anyone Have the C100 Travel Battery System?
I just pulled the trigger and ordered a C100 Battery System. I'm confident that it works, but I have some questions regard prolonging the life. Using it on the train / traveling First of all it says you can plug it (charge it) and plug your cpap into the c100, and it will act like a usp system, swit...

Re: Backpacking, Hiking and Camping - the PowerAdd Pilot Pro
I'm thinking of getting the pilot pro or the c100. The c100 is made for cpap machines.. it costs more. But it come in a nice travel case.
How about the pilotpro? Does it come in a nice travel case or anything?

Re: Which battery power for Phillips/Res System One
Your CPAP needs a lot more power than that Pilot Pro is going to provide. That's something to power cell phones and laptops and such. Don't be fooled by the 32000 mAh rating. That's probably going to be at 5V or maybe less, not at 12V that your CPAP machine is going to run off of. Unfortunately, th...

Re: Which battery power for Phillips/Res System One
I just updated my profile so my machine is listed as the PR System One series 60. I only need it to last one night. It's something I'm going to use for the following two situations: 1. When the power goes out at night.. Happens RARELY, but it does happen. 2. When i'm taking a train ride overnight. Y...

Re: tossing and turning any klonpin
I recall my dreams, and I don't recall night terrors. I do have anxious dreams, but not terror. In fact I often become lucid during my dreams. (not THAT often.. it comes and goes.. but when it happens it's really neat, and when and if it does, all anxiety goes away)

I take 1.5 mil of klonpin each night to stop myself from tossing and turning. Been taking that much for about 4 years. Now I find I need 2 mil.. Is this ok to up it a bit now and again? If not I'm keeping my wife up all night.
