I don't know where your location is so my advice may be different. I would say try to ring the sleep clinic you were at and they may ask you to do a home oximetry study or come in just to check the pressure. Or they may even over the phone tell you how to adjust your CPAP up a couple of pressures. S...

Thank you all, I will definitely talk to the resp doctor about it. The thing is it only mainly happens when I am awake and not on CPAP and even when trying not to sleep. I will have to find out, because the episodes will keep recurring until I put CPAP on and sometimes I will have to do that just so...

Hi everyone was just wondering if anyone else experiences this. I have noticed that sometimes I am holding my breath, and I can't breathe out no matter how hard I try until my lungs release the air. Hi there I am new to the forum, I am from the UK and not that new to CPAP been on it 3 years and have tried lots of different masks and equipment etc. Currently on a full face mask and on a pressure of 15.9. Hoping to make friends and get support from you all.
