Nothing helped me until I got a heated hose. I suffered a lot of sinus problems & pain before getting one. Even ended up with non-allergic rhinitis from the cold air blowing into my sinuses. Hope you get some help.

Yes, mine is adjustable with the humidifier off, but the air was really cold this morning. It's a new hose. I will have to experiment with it. Thanks

Will a ClimateLine hose work with the humidifier turned off? I have the hose set on manual. And just use pass-over moisture?

Thank you for the information, I received the manual that I requested by email and printed parts of it. Sometimes it is better to get information from the ones that have used and studied about the different machines.

Looks like it gives the meanings of a lot of things I have on my machine that I need to know, if I can just figure them out. I am a shallow breather and it causes me problems during the day also. I don't get enough excersise, never been a smoker.
