Re: Newbie seeking solution for sore nose
Also, a few companies make little band-aids that have antibiotic on the pad already. I have found that wearing one during the day has helped healing the sores MUCH faster than leaving it uncovered. The antibiotic doesn't have a lot of effect on its own, it doesn't hurt anything, but since the sore ...

Re: Newbie seeking solution for sore nose
[qu ote="RandyJ"]You may want to consider a mask liner from Padacheek (http://www.padacheek.com). I used one with my Mirage Quattro and never had a sore. The microfiber of the liner goes between the silicone seal of the mask and your skin, and as a result there is less pressure on your skin. I also ...

It may be i just need to tweak the straps a bit more when i go to bed. I wear 3 band aids at night. I r...

Re: at the end of day 5 i feel worse, lethargic
Your machine is fully data capable. What do your reports say? Do you have the software available so you can see what is happening in regards to the data the machine will gather? Perhaps it would be a good idea to take a look and see what is going on. Perhaps leaks are a factor or therapy is not opt...

Re: at the end of day 5 i feel worse, lethargic
Even when CPAP works, sometimes your body reacts strangely at first. You may be sleeping well without oxygen deprivation and be sleeping deeply for the first time in years. It can be like being really tired, getting a really deep nap and finding you feel more tired than before. Sometimes, feeling t...

DME who do u trust? Please help.
This just doesn't sound right. Based on what i have learned here. My DME called today to tell how much my co-pay was going to be 75.00 and the rent was 10.00 a month for a year. i called my insurance co. 2 weeks ago and they confirmed that my co-pay was 15% and i did not need prior approval. It seem...
