Re: What is with these doctors? Is breathng important or not?
Whoops! So here's my loose timeline. 2002-2010, it is suggested that I have a sleep study by several Drs. I put it off for various reasons, mainly being young and thinking that my life would be over if I had to wear a device while sleeping, but one reason sticks out is the discussion of revoking the...

Re: Marijuana for Sleep Apnea
I find it odd that so many often claim that cannabis is only recreational. Even if it did treat 100% of my health problems, and believe me, there are many, I don't think I could ever consider it for treatment, as I truly hate the stuff. Just sayin'

I would contact your state medical board to see if they have any authority to bill you. If not, you are free!

Re: Waiting for a mask that works is such a pain
I took me about 2 weeks to to learn to "love" the Mirage Quattro FFM. Now that I have if figured out, I will not change. I really wish these masks would work for me, however, all of the resmed masks leak air directly into my eyes unless I tighten them down enough that they leave an indentation in t...

Re: Waiting for a mask that works is such a pain
Xena, I actually love falling to sleep with the mask on, it reminds me of my childhood surgeries. Also, I fall to sleep much faster and can even sleep on my back! I could, in theory, sleep with my nasal pillow masks, but the severe jaw and tooth pain from the chinstrap is not worth it. My mouth guar...

Waiting for a mask that works is such a pain
So I initially received my CPAP machine on Dec 20, 2011, and I have yet to find a mask that works for me. Since my DME is quite far from me, I've been scheduling for them to drive out to me, which adds at least a few days + the holidays, which means that the DME has been closed for two mondays... So...

Trolls don't waste their time deleting posts, as doing so would be a deletion of their perceived victory.
