Re: First night troubles!

thank you for the excellent responses, I did find the clinical menu, it was off + hold up/ramp I believe, and set it to the prescribed settings. I don't see any problem with a public code, but I edited it out, thanks. (Whats the reason behind not wanting to share it? doesn't seem to be something tha...

Re: First night troubles!

thanks for the info/support so far guys, greatly appreciated. Assembling the mask seemed impossible/ frustrating while tired with no real instructions, but after watching the video was a piece of cake. Getting much more comfortable at this-- but had a few dumb questions. First, it doesn't feel like ...

Re: First night troubles!

Yes I got the test done here and it was sent to me locked at 3-20, prescribed pressure of 8 to start with, then they wanted to adjust it later. I found the clinician settings from the apneaboard email, had to turn off, on, hold up and ramp, turn off, and on again and it was in the clinician menu. I ...

Re: "An import license is missing and is required for clearance"

I had imported a desk b before and I had to pay a customs fee of about 100% of the cost of the desk (~$500 or so). I would be happy to pay only a few hundred to receive it.

Re: "An import license is missing and is required for clearance"

I just heard this from someone... Health equipment requires a licence and testing aproval. CPAP machines are available in Thailand and it will be much easier to buy one here. It will now cost a fortune in extra storage and it is doubtful you will get a licence. It may be better if you return it to w...

Re: "An import license is missing and is required for clearance"

I emailed CPAP, they just said talk to UPS and nothing else, didn't offer any recommendations, and they shipped it out already. Sorry to hear about your problems.
