Re: Possible to transfer data from Oscar to provider?
I'm in Canada, so it works a bit differently. I have a bunch of hoops to jump through with the insurance company, but there shouldn't be any issues with which DME I end up using. This insurance is private extended medical insurance -- our provincial plan would rather treat people for heart attacks t...

Re: Possible to transfer data from Oscar to provider?
And now I find that they charge $300 for their "Care for Life" program -- $149 if you buy a mask. As if their mark-up on the equipment isn't enough! What a racket.

Re: Possible to transfer data from Oscar to provider?
I don't know why she asked me to have the previous DME send my records... In any case, I've emailed her and will see what happens.

Re: Possible to transfer data from Oscar to provider?
It's not for a doctor -- it's for the company providing CPAP machines and masks. I really must get ahold of them today, because I'm way overdue for equipment, and I'll find another company if this company really has to have more than is currently on my SD disk. I'm in a bit of a fix because the loca...

Possible to transfer data from Oscar to provider?
My local provider is useless, and so I'm in the process of switching to a new one. The new provider asked me to have the previous one send my data to her, which was not done (and likely won't be done). I have data on Oscar (previously on Sleepyhead) dating back to 2017. I'm wondering if it's possibl...

Re: Problems Importing my ResMed 10 Autoset (Her) in to SleepyHead
Time to quit worrying about seeing flow rate prior to June of last year and move on dealing with what is available now that she has SH working properly and the calendar issue fixed and she has graphs like she wants. She's good with that at this point. Yup! The data, for what it's worth, is safe and...

Re: Problems Importing my ResMed 10 Autoset (Her) in to SleepyHead
Today sure got away on me... So, last night I when I should have been going directly to bed, I wanted to "give it one more try," and I got the graphs! There are two things that may have been different this time: 1. I deleted SH by left clicking on it in the Start menu and selecting Uninstall. Before...

Re: Problems Importing my ResMed 10 Autoset (Her) in to SleepyHead
I give up for tonight and won't be back to this until Wednesday. No, the Sleepyhead data is not in Documents, and no, I don't know where it went. Upon looking for it, I discovered I still had some Sleepyhead 8.8 stuff on my computer. I deleted EVERYTHING Sleepyhead and started over from scratch. I'm...

Re: Problems Importing my ResMed 10 Autoset (Her) in to SleepyHead
I don't blame Pugsy for not wanting to go snooping around on my computer! I think she has proven that she's trustworthy, but it's probably better I go to my computer gurus.(One of the geeks in that office is a woman, btw. :) ) Yes, we suspect it's the meds. I'm not totally convinced, but I've got a ...

You mean you're not glued to this forum 24/7? I was beginning to think that you were.
I'll check back in later. No hurry.

Re: Problems Importing my ResMed 10 Autoset (Her) in to SleepyHead
Thank you Pugsy and prodigyplace for your efforts to help me! The instructions with images were very useful, and I'm very disappointed to report that the BrokenGL version did not work. Once in the distant past I managed to solve some problems by using it, but it didn't work this time. Pugsy, to resp...
