Look at this Youtube video. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wcjChgphkZE&ab_channel=JohnKelly The problem is the continous heat up-cooling down which makes the metal plate move a little each time and after a while the plastic can't stand any longer and will open up a bit at the joint between the plat...

Re: ResScan question. How to delete data?
any way to delete a whole year at the time? It looks like you can use your file manager (File Explorer in Windows) to open up C:\Users\Public\Documents\ResMed\ResScan3\Patients\( Patient Name ) and easily delete away. That's the default directory. If you put the data somewhere else when you first s...

I have installed the v5.7 and it seems to be a lot faster than 4.7 and that's good. But I have a problem and it has nothing to do which v...

Re: ResScan can't find the cardreader in Windows 8.1
I just got data from my card. But only once. It seems it's the same problem with Windows 8.1 as in 7. The card can only be read occasionally.
But the card reader are allways present in the devicemanager, working.

Re: ResScan can't find the cardreader in Windows 8.1
I have no recollection that it ever have come up as a disk in "My computer". Not even when it worked. It's not a SD-card, They appears as a disk. It's Resmed's datacard. But it does appear in the Device manager every time and it says that the device is working properly. And in Quick View the reader ...

ResScan can't find the cardreader in Windows 8.1
I have problem with ResScan finding my cardreader. A couple of years ago I managed to buy a cardreader, a ACR38U-SPL non CCID, that's compatible with ResScan. I then had Windows 7 64-bit. Everything went fine and I was able to transfer data from my Resmed S8 via the datacard. But after a while ResSc...

ResScan question about apnea events.
This is not answered by the Clinician's Manual for ResScan 3.16.
In the detailed graphs and the apnea event there is a number.
Is it the amount of seconds the apnea last?
