I'm in the camp of: I have nothing significant to add. My OSA is under control. I used to hit the this forum quite a lot when I was starting out but after 14 years on the hose I've hit maintenance mode. LOL I'm more apt now to be on https://www.reddit.com/r/CPAP/

I would FIRE any doctor insisting my cpap be left at factory defaults. His JOB is helping me find an effective range for TREATMENT; Factory defaults exist for some reason or other, but I doubt they are appropriate for ANYONE but a very few. I'll find out more tomorrow afternoon at a follow-up appt....

Respironics and Resmed calculate the leak rates *totally* differently, there's no comparison. However, your leaks with the new mask are higher than the machine likes. Why don't you try your old mask? Your machines were in the recall from day one, you just mis-typed the numbers, it was a common problem early on, and bad design of their web page, giving lots of people false negatives.

Palmolive Ultra Pure + Clear, Fragrance Free. I wash my hose weekly along with the mask, tank, and foam filter.
