I moved the card reader from a powered USB hub to a direct connection to the motherboard. I don't get this error message now, but every time I try to download the readers light changes from green to red.

Yes, I choose not to use a login and password and it came back with a box asking if I was sure I wanted to do that because patient info could be compromised. I figured it was just me, so it was ok.
