It's hard to know why I am waking up. If it is the pressure changes I wouldn't know it was any different since I'm just waking up I guess. I can't find my original sleep study results but I was waking up somewhere between 40-60 times an hour. The second I fell asleep (before any actual apneas) my ox...

Also, I didn't want to create a new topic just for this but I am wondering if it is worth investing in a pulse ox for overnight readings?
