Is, there any hard and fast rules as to which type of mask is better suited for a particular sleeping position? I usually sleep on my sides and use a nose only mask. I find that is moves out of position and leaks alot when on my side. I'm using a resmed ultra mirage.

I'm still trying to get the hang of it. You might try different configurations. thats what I'm doing. If one thing doesnt work. try something else. you'll eventualloy come upon a setup your comfortable with.

I'm using the Resmed Activa mask I got from Apria. Still having problems with comfort. It really hurts around my nose after 3 to 4 hours and wakes me up.
