My Bad!....I meant LT and said FX.....And yes, I put my mask on sitting up to get the feel of it and adjust it laying down with the air on.

On the average,how much water do you all use in a 7-8 hr. sleep. I use up the whole container of water, set at 80. Greg said his lasts 3 days. I don't quite understand. Maybe fill me in Greg.

Yes I have used stronger doses of salt brine for both, congestion and to help heal a deviated septum operation, suggested by the surgeon. I mixed table salt with warm water in a berry dish and then snorted it back thru each nostril. I found it very helpful.

My doctor actually suggested melatonin as a sleep aid. It works for me and I don't awake groggy or airheaded.
