My Bad!....I meant LT and said FX.....And yes, I put my mask on sitting up to get the feel of it and adjust it laying down with the air on.

....I have nothing but trouble with my Swift LT mask. I adjust it for a good fit without air, then with air and the slightest movement it leaks. Then I just cannot get a good seal again. On the average,how much water do you all use in a 7-8 hr. sleep. I use up the whole container of water, set at 80. Greg said his lasts 3 days. I don't quite understand. Maybe fill me in Greg.

H5i humidifier
Just wondering....If I sleep in, and all the water in the humidifier is used up, will this damage the humidifier if it runs without water. I am also using the climate control hose.

Yes I have used stronger doses of salt brine for both, congestion and to help heal a deviated septum operation, suggested by the surgeon. I mixed table salt with warm water in a berry dish and then snorted it back thru each nostril. I found it very helpful.

My doctor actually suggested melatonin as a sleep aid. It works for me and I don't awake groggy or airheaded.
