comfort lite 2 and tubing questions
first is there a way to connect two 6 foot hoses together rather than buying a longer hose? secondly I am having horrible rain out problems in the tiny mask or nasal interface (cant think of the stupid word!) I had to take my tubing cover off because the weight on my short tubing was pulling the mas...

That is a significant part of why I now have a TENS until and am seeing clear help with RLS and seriously suspect it is helping my PLMD based on how I feel in the morning. Thanks fibe...

another sore nose issue
Using the swift fx, no trouble with soreness for 4 weeks. but now I am having pain from pressure. I use the medium pillows, and the small seems to leak too much. I have used lanishoh on and off but it seems to be from it pushing on the top of my nose rather than rubbing. its the only mask I have for...

Re: Doctor visit yesterday -- a couple of issues
I have RBD also. I was told in women it does not seemto link to Parkinsons like it does in men and is not so dramatic. Klonipin controls it completely for me but also decreases stage 3 sleep which is a huge issue for me. I have not been on effexor but have weaned off other antidepresents very slowly...

Re: Pulling CPAP off night stand during sleep
I put mine in the nightstand drawer. my night stand is tall and I did not want to risk the felines messing with it on the floor. added bonus, it cant fall out and I can close it up in the drawer as well.

I wandered inthe world of pap 1 week ago, stumbled into good equipment. reading here made me see the only way this was going to work was to researh and try things with an open mind. I practiced when I was not going to sleep, told myself to be patient and just let it be. sleeping all night most night...
