Re: dreamstation go microsd wifi?
The forum search parameter won't work unless there is a minimum of 4 characters in the search. You could do a site specific search through google and search for less than 4 characters but you will just get a gazillion hits for when someone mention "go". I don't recall any discussion about any speci...

Re: what to do when your cpap breaks?
In addition to having a backup CPAP machine (complete with backup masks, tubing, power supply, etc.), there's value, I believe, in having an oral appliance as an alternative. A cheap one is available (SnoreRx) that seems to match the absurdly expensive ones in terms of efficacy and safety (as far a...

dreamstation go microsd wifi?
Can anyone recommend a microsd wifi card that works well with the dreamstation go? All I can find are the ones for the regular dreamstation and not the travel 'go' model. Even when I search these forums for 'go' it excludes it from the search automatically. I'm looking to automatically download the ...

Re: what to do when your cpap breaks?
You've been on the forum for exactly nine years. In that time you should have read many posts about what to do if that should happen........ For many/most of us, we would have pulled out one of our spare/backup machines to use while we had the other one repaired or replaced. That's WHY we have spar...

what to do when your cpap breaks?
Woke up this morning and my apap had just shut off with the error message 'service required'. Its a dreamstation go and I don't have a backup. Given that I can't sleep without one and my sleep doctor hasn't answered my call yet (its early), what exactly is a person supposed to do in this situation? ...

Re: best sd wifi card november 2016?
great thats what I was looking for. I wonder if its possible to see if the file is locked for writing before I try to pull it. Was going to write something in c# or script to pull the files and run them through sleepyhead to send me a report daily. do you have any problems with the wifi not being on...

best sd wifi card november 2016?
I've been googling around and found a lot of posts for wifi cards paired with a resmed cpap machine to be able to wirelessly pull data but most are a year or 3 old. Anyone have any info on what the best sd wifi cards are lately? I would love to get a card that always stays on so I don't have to deal...

Re: time for new machine but so many options
would love to get an autosense 10 autoset but not sure my insurance covers it. Going to ask my doctor he can specify it. I assume the autosense comes with the SD card port that I can put the wireless card into? Anyone know?

Re: time for new machine but so many options
great info, thanks. I should have mentioned that I don't need the humidifier at all. I never fill mine and it doesn't cause me any trouble. I also use the nasal pillows mask which works for me pretty well. So the wireless SD card you think might be the best option for transfering data? Man I wish th...

time for new machine but so many options
I've had my current cpap (resmed) for almost 6 years now and its time to get a new one. I currently pull the memory card out and copy the files to my computer to use sleepyhead to analyze. I was curious if any of the new cpap machines have wireless or bluetooth or something so that the information c...

Re: CPAP in europe
I've thought about buying one of the smaller travel cpaps but the problem I would think with those would be they dont have the humidifier and I hate cottonmouth. I hadn't thought about carrying my cpap on the plane with me. It would be disaster though if my bags got lost and I had to try and sleep w...

CPAP in europe
making my first trip to europe with my CPAP and I'm told a simple plug converter isn't always the only thing I need. So to keep from turning my system one remstar machine into a smoking hulk of plastic, I am asking here on what I need to bring / do to make sure this all works? I will be in Belgium /...

Re: latest remstar cpap?
yea, I have the machine noted in my sig. Question is though, whats the 'latest' model they have of this machine? I'm seeing remstar pro, remstar etc.etc.etc. Don't know which is which. specifically, what is the difference between these two? Are they both the same machine? Which one is newer? https:/...

latest remstar cpap?
I bought my cpap several years ago (no insurance so I pay for everything myself). It's starting to wear out so I need a new one. I am using a remstar machine and really like it so I'd like to get a new one. Looking at the machines on cpap.com, there are several different models so its a bit confusin...
