Thank you so much to all the persons that posted advice regarding my unconfortable sleep. After I posted this morning, I did the foam pillow cut out . I'll try it tonight and see what happens Thanks again to all.

I have been using my cpap for approx. three months now and still very unconfortable ,can't find a good position for my head on the pillow.has anyone tried the Cpap pellow and how is it? would appriciate any sugestions. Thank you.
