I wouldnt have had a problem giving someone a antacid. Nexium is a prescription drug. But i had a asthma atack once in LAs Vegas. A by stander gave me a inhaler. It saved me a trip to the ER. I just went back for my 40 day followup from being on my CPAP machine. Mine too is set on Auto. Auto means the machine determimes what pressure you need. My initial AHI was 60.0. After titration ( sleep study with CPAP machine i went to 6.0) After 40 days of therapy my AHI averages 1.9 to 2.3. So ye...

Im glad to hear the moisture doesn't hurt. I clean it each Saturday. I ordered another hose today. My insuracne replaces it every 3 months, but ill have a spare until 2 more months when the new one arrives.

I agree. Im 44 and ive snored for 15 years. My initial AHI is 61. So i have had it severe. Now i average 1.9 to 2.2 AHI. I love the machine and wouldnt want a night without it. My DME says if it breaks within the warrarnty ill get another one. ( a loner if needed until the new one arrives) Ive recie...

Thank you. I have it hung up and ill shake it some before bed tonight. I figured since i use the tank ( humidifier) it would put it back in anyway. One thing for sure is its clean. LOL.. New hose coming next week, so ill have a back up.

will that interfere with the data it records.. Someone told me not to do that due to it measures it as a leak. Im not sure, it sounds good to me if its ok to do it.

Thanks so much. I do have 3 masks and will be getting another hose very soon. My insurance will buy one every 3 months. Only been one month since i started. I dont think there very expensive, so ill get another one. Just wanted to make sure the hose didnt need to be completely dry before use.

Washing the hose and Drying it
Is it ok to dry the hose with a blow dryer allowing warm air to dry the inside . Washed the hose today and it has some droplets of H20 left. Or is is ok to use it tonight if some are left. It wont be dry by tonight I'm sure and as of now i don't have a backup hose. I know the humidifier puts moistur...
