I use Swift FX for Her without headgear. It is actually fairly comfortable. I am using the small "pads" that fold over the side as "cheek protection". I have been sleeping on my side and have impression marks on my cheeks for an hour or two. Any suggestions on avoiding this? Thanks!

I was told to rinse my equipment every 2-3 days w/dawn dishwashing liquid soap. I also read that rinsing w/a bit of mouthwash gives a pleasant taste. So far so good.
