Thanks all. I think I'll just leave well enough alone. I'm not as concerned about my making a mistake, as with the machine being unhappy with the time changes. As has been said, the data is all there, just looks as if I'm sleeping at weird times... then again in my past I did work 10P-7A on some day...

What you say is of course true, but one should not make assumptions that it WON'T be covered. That was why I posted that it is at least possible.

I have Medicare Advantage and my doctor told me that he changes out machines after 5 years even if they are working fine. Just had my first change over and never had any problems with insurance or the DME provider.

After 5 years of use of a Resmed S9, I am upgrading to the Autosense 10. How do I tell Sleepyhead software that the data I want to import from the SD card is from a new machine, or is it "seamless"? Do I have to start a new database?

I was asked to pay $79 or so for the first month and then around $29 for the next 9 months... rent to own...
