Resmed DC Power Adapter..need info please!

I am purchasing the DC power adapter for my S8 Vantage to go camping next week. This is probably a silly question, but does this go into the lighter of the vehicle? We will not have hook-ups, but have a small RV with an auxillary battery, and have never taken this RV camping yet. Any help will be a...

Thats great! That makes for a wonderful vacation. I am going in 2 weeks and still working on how I am going to hook up. It will be the first time in this RV, no hook-ups, so I am still working it out.

I put my hair in a ponytail and put the back strap under it. That seems to work for me okay. When I turn on my side I keep my head on the edge of the pillow (one of these firm pillows that are shaped for your head to fit into-sorry I can't think of the name) so the mask really doesn't touch too muc...

Hi...we are at about the same place in our treatment. I just finished 1 week with APAP and my numbers are very similar to yours! I'm afraid to even say that I think I'm feeling some improvement...I'm afraid it will go away again! I look forward to each night of real sleep...because it gets me close...

Minerva,
I agree totally, I am new also (1 week with my APAP) and coming here and reading such helpful information has been so comforting! I can't imagine starting this without all this help.

If I couldn't look at my results (this is my first week with APAP) I would be going crazy wanting to know if it was doing its job or not. Why wait if you can press a button and see for yourself as soon as you wake up? I love it.

I agree, after only a week on APAP I am doing pretty good at not mouth breathing by keeping my tongue at the roof of my mouth while falling asleep! Good Luck!

Thanks Snoredog...my numbers have been around .10 L/S all week, except for 1 night of .38 L/S. I guess its safe to assume I had some extra mouth breathing or mask adjustment that night.
Its really helpful to see the clinical numbers, thank you!

Thanks Linda and Susan,
I tried running it behind another pillow and didn't end up turning on top of it, so that worked.

Hose Hints please?

I am new and have noticed ideas for hose clips...what are some favorite ways of keeping your hose from ending up under your neck? Thanks for any hints!

Thanks Steve, so what is the range of leaks that are acceptable as normal? I sure appreciate it!
