Thanks for the reply! I usually have to use some kind of nasal spray to clear up the congestion. I tried the cpap pillow and it still smashed the mask/pillows up on my face and I would then get leakage or collapsed nasal pillow. I am basically looking for what might be another type of mask to try! H...

Thanks for the reply! I don't use the ramp feature since my pressure isn't that high. I usually have sinus congestion as soon as I lay my head on the pillow at night! I also sleep half way on my stomach and side so full masks have be giving me trouble also.
