Has anyone traveled internationally with their CPAP? I am headed to India in a couple of weeks, and the converters that I have found say not for use for more then 15 minutes. Any suggestions for a voltage converter to run my CPAP??

CPAP.com is the best place. I just purchased the Auto M from them and it was in my hot little hands in 72 hours. They are extremely polite over the phone and even called back when one of the additional items ended up out of stock after they took the order. Order from cpap.com, just call them and tel...

Just Got New Remstar M Series Auto
Well, since I had some flex spending money I had to use real quick because of a job change, I broke down and purchase the new Remstar Auto. The first thing I did based on suggestions here was set the pressures to 3cm above and below my current pressure of 15. First night last night, and the first th...

This is more common that one would hope. The insurance company pays a set amount to the DME regardless of what machine and mask they provide. It is in THEIR best interest, NOT YOURS to give you the least expensive equipment they can get away with. If your insurance is like mine, and you have 100% co...

One thought on this topic is that what was the original purpose of this forum? To become a internationally reknown source of Industry related news and marketing materials were very little is done to actually help the individuals who actually post here. Or was it to become the best place for those of...

I have been using the Hybrid for a week now and have had mixed results. When I can get it to seal it works great, but when it decides to leak, it is a mess. I have had some of the same problems with getting a good seal on the corners. I have removed the chin strap and that helped, but it still seems...

well, I took to experimenting and upped my pressuer by 1cm (14 to 15). That not only reduced my AHI index to .5 again, but also reduced the snore index buy 80% of what it has been since I changed to the Hybrid Mask. I wondered if the extra pressure was needed to compensate for the increased flow of ...

6ft to 10ft hose - Need Pressure Change??
Ok, so I changed from a 6ft to a 10ft hose last night, and ran my numbers this morning and had the highest AHI index since I started. I have had .1 to .5 AHI since going on CPAP, and had a 5.5 AHI withthe only change being the hose. Anyone ever have to up their pressure after changing hoses?
