I tried to force my tongue to the roof of my mouth, but it wasn't natural. I've read that this is true for many people who rest the tongue behind the bottom teeth, not the top. No single right way for everyone.

Crease in head from strap.
I use either the quattro fx ffm or swift lt nasal mask. The strap that goes over my head when using the quattro fx ffm leaves a crease in my head after a few days, so I switch to the swift lt nasal mask with deluxe (white 2") chin strap.
