Resmed Airsense Data Merge NOT Possible
I’m a happy Resmed 11 user and have been diligently using the device for nearly two years. I also own an Airsense Mini and for a travel CPAP, it’s o.k. (Unless I have a specific need to carry the smaller Mini - say doing a multiday bicycle or moto adventure, etc. where space is at a premium, I take ...

Re: Medicare coverage for Sleep Medicine
Same question here: I’ve been using a CPAP for over a dozen years and am soon starting on Medicare. Will I need a sleep study to get supplies? (I hope not!)
Thanks for any guidance!

Re: Insurance vs self pay
My old CPAP is 10 years old and having finally reached my insurance deductible for 2021, I thought this would be a good time to get a new CPAP. Wrong! The insurance company (Cigna) makes you jump through so many hoops (and requires you to rent the machine for six months, have a new sleep study, visi...

HDM Z1 Case
I just purchased a new z1 for traveling. The humidifier leaves a bit to be desired but portability certainly makes up for it. I was looking for a nice travel case and came across this on Amazon. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B077CXGYGY/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o02_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 Only $10.99 and ...

Re: Considering "the works" surgery and would love advice
Jen, In 2004, I, too, had the works: I had my septum repaired and a UPP. My scores were marginal - I could never get any sleep during the sleep studies - but the surgeon recommended the procedure (and I didn't want to be tied to a CPAP) so I consented. Big mistake. I'd recommend getting your septum ...

Re: Smartlink Results - Top Tweaks
Just checking back in with some observations. All in all things are going well after five months of APAP usage. http://i1115.photobucket.com/albums/k551/TheWalkman1/20122Chart.png Though I can normally fall asleep at night without any difficulty, I do find myself waking up in the early a.m. wide awa...

Re: Smartlink Results - Top Tweaks
The plot thickens..... I took some of the advice offered and tweaked my settings.... and had my worst night ever. I didn't sleep well and tossed and turned and found the next day my AHI was 8.4 . Yikes. http://i1115.photobucket.com/albums/k551/TheWalkman1/Stats%202/ThreeDay.png Yesterday, I played w...

Re: just got IntelliPap auto adjust
When I type it in to generate a report, I get an error. If I go back to retrieve the code, the last grouping of characters is changed a little and that code works. I noticed, too, that when I reviewed my daily information each morning, it seemed off and would change as I scrolled through the data. ...

Smartlink Results - Top Tweaks
I'm new to the CPAP world and have been using a Devillbiss APAP (DV54) for approximately 50 days. The forum has been a wealth of information and based on some of the lively discussions, I decided to invest in Smartlink to really see what's going on. (For the record, I'm feeling more rested now than ...
