Re: Astepro nasal spray, anybody used this??

grumpygirl,

I've had good results with Flunisolide, an anti-inflammatory glucocorticosteroid. I also use an over the counter nasal lubricant--there are several on the market--a gel with Sodium Hyaluronate.

Re: Guys with Beards

Look at my mask below. It is intimidating, but the advertisement says it's for beards. It is the Fitlife Total Face Mask from Respironics. Re: How do I find a better DME?

I should have mentioned that I'm new to all this and don't know enough yet to ask intelligent questions of DME personnel. I'm only just finding out bit by bit that some of the things they have told me aren't true.

On another thread, several people suggested changing DME's if you don't like the one your doc sent you to. I'm not overjoyed with mine, but it could be worse. FWIW, I'm in Sacramento, CA.

Thanks,

Re: I am still tired all the time.

Are you new to cpap therapy? Your profile shows a machine that has been discontinued for several years. Take a look at the link to my machine in my profile and see if yours visually looks like mine and then look at the link in your profile. If you are new to therapy you probably have a PR System On...

Re: I am still tired all the time.

Yes it is normal. Even if therapy is 100% optimal and zero problems sometimes it takes a long, long time to see much improvement as it comes on so gradual. It takes as long as it takes. There is no magic timeline. Please register and add your equipment to your profile. http://www.cpaptalk.com/wiki/...
