Re: PurSleep Aromatherapy for CPAP
Yup. PurSleep is great stuff. Prices are best on their website, http://www.pursleep.com. I used a combo of Clear and Calm to open up my sinuses. Also love To combine Fresh and Creme, as it's like an orange cream scent. You quickly become accustomed to a scent, so buy the starter pack. You can altern...

Re: Red Mark on Nose Bridge
I also was getting red marks on my nose bridge with the Easy Life. But.... It's the only mask that I've tried that I like. The secret is two things for me: I use a small piece of Nexcare padded tape, about 3/4" by 3/4" to cushion the bridge of my nose. Secondly, the mask fits very loosely on my face...

Re: OK......So......Here we go.....
Hey Randy, Here's an idea for your "singing CPAP machien" - try using earplugs to "mask" (pun intended!) the sound of the CPAP machine. I hear what I think you're describing when I'm not wearing my earplugs - kind of like Darth Vader breathing next to me, I hear it when I inhale. Funny thing is, my ...

Have now slept 3 nights in a row with my mask intact!
WOO WEE! By George, I think I might have almost got it! i think I've mastered the dreaded CPAP Mask-Monster. For the first time, I started sleeping through the night without the mask bothering me. Having been on CPAP since Oct 10, after almost 5 weeks I was starting to get discouraged. I had tried e...

Re: Yet another mask selection thread
I have a small face, and I guess a small nose. I first used the Opus360 nasal pillows but had problems with nasal congestion. Also, I couldn't get the humidity setting to eliminate the condensation build-up inside the pillows. I could FEEL the moisture there, and it was very annoying. So.... I've be...

Re: Trying to find the answer..
I've been using the EasyLife nasal mask and am having a really hard time getting it to "stay put" when I roll from my back to either side. I wake up because the mask dislodges and starts leaking. Guess I'm a light sleeper. I finally fall asleep after 2-3 hours and wake up feeling groggy and still ti...
