Question about the V-Com
If you're not familiar with it the V-Com is a small device placed between your mask and hose. It softens the inhale with no effect on the exhale. Before going to bed yesterday, I loosened up the straps on my mask then slept for five or six hours. After an hour or so of activity, I've been WIIIIIIIIIDE AWAKE. Of course I realize tomorrow could be another story entirely.

Aside from my sleep study, I've used the CPAP twice. So far, I'm feeling groggy and falling asleep on the couch. I'm getting plenty of sleep. Is there some sort of an adjustment period?
