Re: Need help with RESSCAN
Quite looking, I found the answer. It wants the Microsoft Account login. Looks like it doesn't know where my data is now that I reinstalled Resscan. I'm sure I have a backup if I can't find it on my C drive, but that is my problem  Update: Found all my old data on my backup drives, and got all...

Need help with RESSCAN
Help! I tried to open Resscan today (I've used it for over a decade). I think this is the first time since I installed in on a new Desktop computer. I got a login screen, It says my login info is wrong. I uninstalled and reinstalled resscan (I had the 7.1 setup saved). I thought I could just start o...

Resmed Airsense 11 water tank not clicking solution
I think I might have found a solution to the Resmed Airsense 11 water tank not clicking into place on the first try. This morning I put a drop of baby oil on the vinyl connecting seal of both the tank and the removable inside connector. The tank easily slid into place and clicked on the first try. T...

Resmed Airsense 11 water tank
Why do I have to slide the water tank in two or three times before it clicks into place correctly and doesn't leak? Has anyone found a cure for this?

Re: ResMed MyAir seems to be not working again
My mistake.
I just noticed the down arrow for selecting the mask manufacturer. Once I selected ResMed, the SAVE button worked and everything was OK again.

ResMed MyAir seems to be not working again
It says there is no machine associated with my account. When I reenter the S/N, DIN and mask type, the SAVE button is grayed out.
I guess I should mention that the machine received another update before MyAir stopped working.

Re: Resumed Airsense10 MyAir data delayed for days
It's less convenient since you have to move your SD card from your CPAP to your computer, but if you want a medically professional report, use ResScan.

Re: ResMed No Overnight Data
They seem to be running late. Now I have Wednesday's report, but yesterday's isn't in as of 2:45PM PST. I don't think the update affected it. This week's update: Care Check-In: Enhancement of the ResMed Care Check-In user experience. Bluetooth oximetry: Air11 devices are now compatible with Bluetoot...

Re: Device in diagnostic process
It's now 6 days later. The message has not appeared again, the machine is functioning normally, and I'm not missing any stats.
