I have just bought cms 50f oximeter. I can't get the software to load and run. Any advice for me.

I have been on cpap, and now bipap, since April. I was 34api and am now 23+ per hour. I am using a quattro fx mask and it fits well, with no leaks. I have even bought a throat spray, to stop snoring, to use with my mask, to see if it helps. I've not tried it yet. Does anyone think this might help. I...
