I'm using a nasal mask. Maybe one of the nasal pillow experts will help you out with advice. It takes some time to get used to this. Everybody's different. It usually clicks quicker for those with a positive, can-do attitude. You're on your own here. YOU CAN MAKE THIS WORK!

So i've noticed. that's bull crap. It shouldnt go over to 4.0 without actually being 4.0!! they should at least tell you that!!!!!!!!!!! <=/ I don't think you understood what I wrote before. Wearing the mask and using the machine while awake is a good idea. It also helps add usage time for the compliance data if your insurance checks that. Mine counts >4 hour nights. > is key. What are they going to do if you don't meet compliance? I would think that they would be lenient and understanding during your early days with CPAP, especially if recent days show that you are trying and improving. Good job! This CPAP is really worth doing. My first few nights have been good. Last night I think I had more leaks and AHIs than before. It will get easier. You might try using the ramp feature if it is enabled. I started at 20 min ramp but found that I was starving for oxygen so I changed it to 5.

Wishing you healthy breathing and sweet dreams!
I just got mine Tuesday. I feel different in the mornings but still dozey at times at work. I plan to get extra time on the supercharger this weekend.
