Is there a way to prevent the sores from nasal pillows? padding or something in the nose or around the pillow???

I just switched from a full mask to nasal pillows. Question for the Nasal pillow community. is there some type of padding you use for your upper lip area?

CPAP was set to 9 and I switched it to 6 since the 9 was too powerful in my nose.

Thank you for quick replies. I feel a lot better knowing ya'll are out there and are either going through or have already went through this. The cpap is set at 9 and I have the humidity level set to one below the highest setting. the tech had it set to ramp for 20 minutes and after a couple of days ...
