Re: Moisture in mask

Last night things returned to normal. There was a little moisture in the mask after about two hours of sleep. By morning everything was dry. So I'm hoping yesterday was an anomaly. Thanks to everyone that offered suggestions. Really appreciate the help offered.

Re: Moisture in mask

After pondering this for a while I suspect the heating element has failed. I'll know if that is the issue in the morning.

Moisture in mask

I had used CPAP many year ago and quit. Decided to give it another go. After some experimentation (with straps) I got thru the night with no air leakage the night before last. Last night after about 8 hours of sleep I noticed that my bed was wet. Took off the mask and it was saturated with moisture ...

Re: Where to buy strap material

After reading this post, I used 2 packages of 3/4 inch braided elastic and a few safety pins to make a reasonable replacement for the Quattro FX headgear. The safety pins are temporary until I remember to order some clips. I haven't put a cover on the lower elastic because it doesn't bother me with...

Re: Where to buy strap material

The straps seems to be a three layer affair. It does appear to be a neoprene core with a felt side for sticking to the velcro and a nylon side that touches your face. Someone makes and sells this stuff. Or, can I buy just the straps from a mask supplier and cut/fit as needed?

Where to buy strap material

Hi everyone. I finally found a full face mask that works for me, but I'm having issues with the straps. I'd like to design/build my own straps. Where can I get sheets or strips of the material that is being used for these straps?
