a good pillow to try is a Mediflow or Chiroflow. It is a water pillow. My husband and I both have one and we love it! You adjust it to what firmness you like by the amount of water you use. Thanks to all of you for your responses on my first thread. Well, I had my sleep study last night. I couldn't believe all the tape I had on my face! thanks for the replies. The time I am supposed to be there for my study is 9:30pm. I plan on bringing my own pillow and my memory foam mattress pad (twin size) its only 2 inches thick but should make me more comfy. The results will be sent back to my GP here in Canada.
