Everyone I am new to this forum as I just got the results of my sleep study. 18.7 times an hour I was interrupted. I am just wondering if the nasal mask will work for me. I sleep like a fish all night and am hoping the nasal mask will help with my tossing/turning. I go in to get fitted and pressures...
