Re: Best way to prepare 11 year old for PSG

My now 14yr old daughter was jealous when I went for my sleep studies....she wanted to do one as well. ...

Re: Resmed expensive in Australia
Hi ozze_dollar, I also live in Australia & hear what you are saying! I can personally vouch for the following seller on ebay.(the one lullaby mentioned) Just bought a new mask from him...1/2 the normal retail price, speedy delivery & very helpful http://shop.ebay.com.au/3020surplus/m.html?_trkparms=...

Re: I quit EDIT, Trying again
Hi Murph1031, If you can't sleep with it....I would at least sleep on it (pardon the pun) before making such a weighty decision! When I first tried the CPAP machine I had an "up the nose with a rubber hose model" (nasal pillows) which made me feel like I couldn't breath out & I really wanted to quit...

Anyhow for us (myself who has to use it! & my hubby who has to sleep next to me & the 3rd partner in the bed (aka S9) the Resmed has been the "chosen one." If it does turn out...

Help for a newbie wanting to travel/camp with CPAP
Hi...hoping someone out their in "apnea" land can help with this... I am hoping to be able to take my unit (S9 Auto set) camping (at a non-powered site) & also have a back up plan if there is a power outage at home. I did a bit of a search on google and apart from marine batteries which would be pre...

Problems with Respironics humidifier not heating
Hi...as mentioned in my previous post I have been on CPAP for the last 6 weeks. Started off trialing a Resmed S9 Auto set which worked really well, however when it came time to purchase a machine I decided to go for the Philips Respironics PR1 Auto as the price was attractive & I had heard really go...

Have enjoyed reading through the other posts & hearing about other people's experiences. Hope to also pick other users brains with some questions of my own! I have been on CPAP for the l...
