According to F&P Rep they have said that error 49 or E49 is a faulty smart card port or an error has been made when the machine has been saving data onto the smart card with either a smart card missing or patient has removed the smart card while info was being saved. I would be interested in hearing about the sleep study and DME industry from a clinician standpoint. Its not Humid at the moment as in Australia our season is winter. we suspected that our client was expecting hot air instead of humid air to come out of the hosing to her mask.
