I complained to my insurance - Aetna and they claimed it was legitimate!, Of course with my annual deductible I end up paying it not them %&*$#

Maintenace charges for machine

Apria is now charging every 6 months for "maintenance" of my CPAP. Does everyone get this? After insurance this comes out to $58 and change. So total cost of machine after insurance is way more than it would cost if I just bought it. ie 13 x 58 + 2X 58 x 4 years

I'm one who takes statins so that probably messes up the sun exposure idea.
probably try both sun and supplements

Intersetinf reading but I wonder why the prescription isn't to spend some time everyday outside in the sunlight instead of take another pill?

So month 1 Apria sent 2 pillows and a filter. Month 2 they sent nothing. When I called they said their standard is every 3 months but agreed to send out the nasal pillows. They also only send the size you request, yet I see a pillow exchange for people who get all sizes. What gives? What should they...

Good to hear that - I guess I'm going to have to figure out how to change the humidity setting. So far I've been changing the temp setting of the heated hose.

Have been on CPAP for one week now. Huge difference in energy level. It really works well.However, I seem to wake up coughing from dry throat in morning Have humidity at 80% not sure if need more or less to fix this.
