Re: Encore Pro 2 data
I thought Sleepyhead had a built in screenshot tool. As for the time Encore takes to process things much of it will depend on your computer. Remind me again what kind of computer you are using. In any case, there are many times when Encore is busy processing data but No Message is ever displayed, s...

Re: Encore Pro 2 data
On the summary page top graph for pressures I see the purple line for minimum pressure appearing to be below the 5 mark (not above it) which leads me to believe that it is set at 4 cm minimum pressure. Could you please go into the forbidden area and check to see what the settings are? Do you have t...

Re: Encore Pro 2 data
Gumby, Pugsy, Cflame - I thought I'd reply to the last couple of posts in one post. With Encore Pro on the detailed radio button, I click view and all that comes up is a blank page and a red circle (like cursor). Waiting a few minutes in case the report is too large doesn't seem to make a difference...

Re: Encore Pro 2 data
Still no real improvement, it's getting a bit disheartening now. The machine is still waking me up a couple of times a night and with a very sore and dry throat. Humidity setting on 3 (mx is 4 or 5?). What am I doing wrong here? Are there any telling figures here to focus on and any suggestions how ...

Remstar auto A flex System One (as mentioned on top of the unit)
Pugsy, thanks for PM. No, tried history tab and tried details but the same issue. Am running Windows 7 (Home) 64 bit but assume that isn't the issue otherwise the program wouldn't install/run.

Re: Encore Pro 2 data
No, detailed option comes up with a blank page and back on therapy screen it says to contact Encore support Confirm your steps exactly. Something is missing. If you do "details" in lower left and then view lower right, you should get 10 to 12 pages to scroll through. Also, give SleepyHead a try, se...

Re: Where can I download Encore Pro 2?
Can someone please PM me with the link for Encore Pro 2 as well? I only just started using a CPAP (on a trial) and was hoping to play with the Encore Pro 2 software and see the data.
Cheers
