I have it and I use nasal pillows...but have also had it with my nasal mask. Not sure why exactly or why some nights it's worse than others or some nights I don't have it at all, but I tend to just scratch the itch and go on!

Don't know about different models, but I trialed a PRS1 apap and I just pulled my card out of the PRS1 cpap and put it in (didn't know any different!!) I did however, make a new "patient file" on the Encore and labeled it trial Apap, then downloaded my new data into it...I didn't download Sleepyhead...
