I started testosterone shots last December, my level was @ 232 prior to the shots.
After 3 months on the shots monthly my level had dropped to 118.
Now taking shots every 2 weeks, hopefully my level will rise now.

Re: Lots of charlie horses in early am hours
I sometimes get charlie horses in my calf muscles too. Bananas seem to help a lot if I remember to eat one a day.

Re: Been a year...
Wife said I was snoring right after I fell asleep. I may try to bump the pressure a bit and see what happens.

That doesn't look bad at all. I'm just being a baby I guess, just not understanding the VS2's they are almost every night.

Same here, today I started the generic Flonase spray. I'll let you know how it works out.MarquisdeStyle wrote:I even tried Zyrtec in the am and a Claritin at night, but that isn't working either.

Re: Been a year...
Hi, I notice that my sleep goes real good for about 6 months where I am really in a groove, then I struggle for two or three months. I don't think that I am not changing anything, so I am blaming this on space aliens. It could be stress, or it could be some subtle habbit that I am changing. At any ...

Been a year...
Well, actually a little over a year. Still using my CPAP nightly and the numbers SleepyHead shows are generally decent but there are plenty of not so good ones too. For a while the machine seemed to really be helping me and I felt better than I had in a long time. Now I see to have fallen down in a ...

Re: Nasal pillows only leak in the morning
Folks use the LT and have good luck with it. I started out with a LT and switched to a Swift FX for reasons of leakage. The FX is much better for me although I sometimes get some leakage while sleeping on my side. I think there is a trial and error period to go through to find what mask works best f...

Auto 12 minimum 20 max. http://i68.photobucket.com/albums/i20/Exterminator_Ar/Auto2.jpg woke more than once, finally had enough a...
