Update... Last night... Went to bed at 10pm, no ramp, did my night time routine, but added mask on, bed, sleep... Thank you all and Robysue, it is clear that I need to read up and become a little less afraid of the cpap machine. hi, outasync Unfortunately my pressure is 13 and needs to be raised as I am still snoring and still have apnea at this level, they just felt I needed a machine soonest and I have only been able to sleep 149 mins which allowed them to get to level 13 in the sleep clinic. The humidifier was set to number 2 and I apologise they are pillows just checked respironics optilite, both mask and machine on loan to help me get used to them.

Diagnosed with severe apnea two weeks ago, picked up (loaned) respironics cpap machine, first night thursday, tried to stay positive have a nose mask and nasal prongs, preferred the prongs as Im claustrophobic, went to bed as normal, trying hard to relax and well slept.... woke up at 3am aware that ...
