Re: Zero events, Zero AHI score, 4 nights in a row?? New Aircurve ASV, REALLY??

Sweet! Yes It's right/ I have learned how to get lots of nights with 0 AHI too. BTW the events that get recorded are basically just looking at your flow rate and computing an average over the last few minutes or so, then seeing if your flow rate over like 10 seconds or so drops below that average, ...

Zero events, Zero AHI score, 4 nights in a row?? New Aircurve ASV, REALLY??

So, I'm 5 nights in with my new Aircurve S10 ASV. Did a little tweaking on the first night of the initial settings as prescribed by my sleep Doc along with some well-appreciated help from a forum member here. I hope what I'm seeing is true but it seems too good. I will say I feel that I have had exc...

Re: Help With New Resmed Aircurve 10 Settings PLEASE

. I don't know if this is good or bad It's a good thing, Resmed invented the ASV, and Philips has been trying to play catch-up, but likely never will, the Resmed ASV machines are simply smarter . My question is: Do these new Aircurve settings look to be reasonably close, at least as a starting poin...

Help With New Resmed Aircurve 10 Settings PLEASE

Hello All, Today I received my new Aircurve 10 ASV which is a Medicare replacement for my recalled Dreamstation ASV. Looking at the settings as they were set by my DME provider (and prescribed by my sleep Doc) I notice that there many fewer settings than are available on the Dreamstation. I don't kn...

Re: Most appropriate replacement for recalled Dreamstation AutoSv H/C, DS

A suggestion. It's probably not a good idea to post serial numbers for recalled machines. We dont know how Philips is going to handle the recall. Scammers could register other people's serials in hopes of collecting. Im guessing they won't succeed, but they could create a bureaucratic nightmare. Th...

Thank you all for your responses. I don't post often but, I have to say how much I appreciate all that I have learned (while lurking) from this forum and I especially appreciate the people who care enough to take the effort to help. Well Done!!!!

Most appropriate replacement for recalled Dreamstation AutoSv H/C, DS

Hello. Just asking for opinions, and I know it is probably answered elsewhere in this forum and I apologize in advance, but what is the prevailing opinion as to which ASV machine (not Philips!) would be the most practical and logical replacement for a Dreamstation AutoSv H/C, DS. Thank you!! Post ed...

Re: Trying to get Sleepyhead set up correctly (yeah, I'm new)

Let me know if you need the Encore software. I can help you find it if you don't have it. Thank you Pugsy. I think I will have to try the the Encore as it seems that, although I have tried the other suggestions, I am still no closer to seeing my data. I have tried starting over completely and even ...
