As I understand it, Partials have metal. My SomnoMed has metal clasps and screws to make adjustments. They recommend that I only use Partial cleaner to help avoid any damage to the metal components. I'd check the manufacturer recommendations for your specific device.

I use a couple of drops of Dial lathered up for daily cleaning, then soak in clean water until bedtime. Then once a week, I use Polident/Efferdent for Partials. (My appliance has metal so I make sure that I use a cleaner for Partials that is safe for metal.)
