Re: Can anyone recommend a sleep doctor in St. Louis or KC?

DH gets bad nasal congestion with any nose pinching from a mask. He has gotten great relief from Breathe-Right Strips, worn under the mask. Make sure the top of your nose is very clean, and remember the "off" brands don't adhere worth crap. Agree with Breathe Right. For me the Extras are a nightly ...

Re: Provigil shock!

It sure does seem crooked when the manufacturer suddenly changed significantly more for Provigil and only offered copay coupons on Nuvigil as the patent expiration date came closer and closer. It appears they want to switch everyone over to the product that remains exclusive to them, and all of this...

Re: Dental Appliance - Cleaning Recommendations.

As I understand it, Partials have metal. My SomnoMed has metal clasps and screws to make adjustments. They recommend that I only use Partial cleaner to help avoid any damage to the metal components. I'd check the manufacturer recommendations for your specific device.

Re: Dental Appliance - Cleaning Recommendations.

I use a couple of drops of Dial lathered up for daily cleaning, then soak in clean water until bedtime. Then once a week, I use Polident/Efferdent for Partials. (My appliance has metal so I make sure that I use a cleaner for Partials that is safe for metal.)

Re: Calling All ZEO Users, Past and Present

Got my Zeo Mobile a few days ago. Have only managed to wear it for a brief nap. Problems: Headband too tight (and hurts) -- any solutions for that? Debbie I have the bedside model, so not sure about pairing. But the headband is adjustable. I've found that if it's TOO loose, it will slip off or not ...

Jazzer4, have you received your Zeo yet? What do you think of it? This week I was able to get a 99, a 118, and 128!

Anyone else checked it out or gotten theirs yet? http://myzeo.tellapal.com/a/clk/2SxFll

Re: new mask and chinstrap

Did Cigna cover your Remzzzs? If so, about what was the allowable amount per month? Thanks, Josh I have the Mirage Liberty as well, have been using it for about a week and have found it to be not too bad. I didn't now if I would adjust well to the nasal pillows and to my surprise I did. I noticed so...

... Hi Dave. Agree with you so far, I'll even volumize your request to say that I believe that a CD (or DVD) copy of "the raw data" (and it's never truly the raw, not the 1s and 0s) is something everyone should demand whenever they do a diagnostic test. Even X-rays are digital these days. Agree 100...

Re: Calling All ZEO Users, Past and Present

Order a Zeo on Friday....but they still charged the postage even though the site says Free Shipping Till Dec. 20th. I sent them an e-mail about the charge. I put it on a M/C and there was no way to avoid the shipping charge when ordering it. I wonder if Cyber Monday will find it cheaper than the $9...

Re: Calling All ZEO Users, Past and Present

How do you export the data to get 30 sec data? After you upload it to the website you can export/import it to a spreadsheet. Then you have to manipulate the data some to display the chart. When you're logged in at mysleep.myzeo.com, there's an Export Data link (right under Manage Your Data button)....

http://myzeo.tellapal.com/a/clk/2SxFll $99 for the Zeo Mobile and $149 for the Zeo Bedside. Plus free shipping and money back guarantee. They aren't designed to track apneas. On the display, it will only show you if you're awake for at least 2 minutes. If you export the data, you can see it on a 30...

Re: Calling All ZEO Users, Past and Present

Thank you for sharing this, Josh. I've just ordered the Mobile app, since I'm interested in experimenting with the amount of caffeine I use to see how it's affecting my REM sleep. Will post my experience once I've used it. Debbie How did that ZEO work out for you? I am toying with the idea of add o...

How did that ZEO work out for you? I am toying with the idea of add one to my bedroom toys.... Now have VPAP, two masks, pulse-o2 monitor, and massage oil.... I love my Zeo and it helps keep me accountable to practice good sleep habits. Occasionally there are things that remind me it's not 100% acc...

... How do I know so much about this particular subject? Because I am living proof of the effectiveness of Dr. K’s methodology. And ASV. Enough said. My AHI is near 0, but my RERAs are 50-60/hr on the "right" BiPAP pressure 20/16. But my local sleep dr's say that I'm treated, RERAs don't fragment y...
