I am on my 7th night of Cpap usage and it has gone pretty good. My AHI average for the seven days is 7.3. Is that good or bad?? I don't think I have had any leaks to speak of. I have not felt any more energetic yet.....please tell me that will happen soon.

Okay dumb question but how do you know if your a mouth breather or nose breather?? The Cpap guy gave me full mask due to thinking I was a mouth breather but I don't know where he got that info. First I have heard of it. Would love a smaller mask.

Anyone think the contoured pillows are worth the money? I sleep on my side and was wondering if they were worth it or not.

Second night on Cpap and I am waking up with a full feeling like a balloon. Very uncomfortable. Gassy and belching (sorry TMI) and it last all day. I am sleeping slightly elevated. Will this go away as I get used to my machine? Anyone else have this problem? Thanks!
