Re: SleepyHead Qt v0.8 alpha

I think I found a bug..which should be an easy fix! It relates to the sleep time calculation. Last night I slept from 23:58 to 08:06. 8 hrs and 4 minutes. Sleepytime shows 8:46 as time slept though :X

Interesting thing I found. Before I believe you had most of your events while you were snoring, now its the opposite.

Anything is possible, but I highly doubt sleep apnea causing widespread pain.

Re: Still feeling terrible (data analysis)

Well, Vitamin D deficiency is relatively new because they didn't test for it in the past, and the really aren't certain what level is 'good'. Other trains of thought involve how much your in the sun, theory states that northern areas would be less, but it's so damn hot here in the summers, we don't...

Re: Still feeling terrible (data analysis)

NM then... There was a scientific study done by the University of Rochester and found something like 85% of the people in Rochester, NY are vitamin D deficient. I was curious to as if you were at a similar latitude. EDIT: IMHO, Vitamin D deficiency is totally bunk when it comes to fatigue and/or day...

No holes / leaks whatsoever.

You aren't concerned about what may be growing in that hose?

Re: Encore Pro 2 data

Still no real improvement, it's getting a bit disheartening now. The machine is still waking me up a couple of times a night and with a very sore and dry throat. Humidity setting on 3 (mx is 4 or 5?). Waking up with a sore/dry throat is a telling figure. You are opening your mouth during sleep. Wha...

> Related, but different. If you have central (forced air) heating and cooling, use a high quality furnace filter to get as much stuff out of the air as possible. One example is 3M Filtrete. Their product rated "1500" is very good. There is another rated 1700 but it's very expensive and likely only...

Re: Weird (?) question. Normal on exhale?

Looking at my stats from last night, my AHI has been progressively been higher and higher each day. The past 5 days - 1.59, 2.45, 2.00, 3.18, and last night 3.88. I think its the ramp function, as the majority of the hypopnea's are during the 45 minutes immediately after falling sleep. If you have ...

Thanks guys. I just deleted the "SleepApp" directory and imported the data again. All is well and 8.1 is a-ok!

Re: SleepyHead Qt v0.8 alpha

Quick question - I downloaded SleepyHeadQT today, and got it up and running after a couple of crashes. (Deleted the saved directory). Now, when I try to open it again, it'll crash and burn.

Using SleepyHead-0.8-20110721-1.exe as a backup, but now that is crashing as well?

Any suggestions?

Re: Do EMEs Ever Check Back On You??

I'm wondering if my DME will call. Aug 11th will be the one month mark. Are you able to switch to whatever DME you want for masks/pillows/hoses? I haven't heard anything from my sleep doctor or DME since starts 8/11. I asked when I received my equipment, "What's next?" to the respiratory therapist. ...
