hi im new ,and i dont usually give advice,but i still snore with my mask on,i have a full face mask cause i breathe through my mouth,and i defo do snore but dont have an apnea's, u can see your doc,i saw mine cause snoring was bad and im now under a ENT specialist, its a shame he doesnt keep mask on...

my data is very good,No apnea's,No leaks,Good deep Sleep!! i feel soooo bad during the day!! still tired as!! i have No other Meds at all,None!! still having tests to see why im still daytime tiredness!! just blood tests and E.N.T appointments!! but in most people yep Meds maybe the reason!!

my mask is good!! didnt take me long to get used to it,im a few mths into treatment,but No aonea's and No leaks..Even though im still mega tired but thats another story...Good luck tomoz,hope u get wot u want and wot is good for u x x

Hi u have the same mask as me,and mine starts of at 4,i do get panic attacks sometimes i just take mask off, control my breathing then put it back on!! something that works well is i read a few pages in bed with mask on,if takes my attenion away from my mask,i usually fall asleep with book in hand,b...

i did wot u did,toke mask off and i felt alot better!! but it isnt the way to go,really isnt! now im 37days into it and my mask says on all the time,u might feel better for not wearing mask but thats your head rest of your body will be suffering!! iv learnt mask always, never to go sleep without it,...
