Very inspirational to me sure encourages me to keep going with the apap machine and mask even tho it's hard to het used to .

Im 54 years old and went for years not seeing a doctor now see 4 of them

54 years old but sure i've had it for at least 20 years from people telling me i snored loudly and allways tired and didn't sleep well

thanks for all the good advice so far. Im going to try walking to get sleepy. the dose the doctor gave me on the amitriptlyne is 100mgs and will try using the machine when not working I work verying hours sometimes days, sometimes afternoon, sometimes evenings but will try using it when relaxing whe...

newbie having trouble falling asleep and wearing mask
I'm new to this forum I've allways had trouble falling asleep and staying asleep but since starting with apap it takes so much longer to fall asleep the sleep doctor gave me amitripyline to help fall asleep which just makes me groggy after still having a hard time falling asleep the mask is comforta...
